All-round fitness, weight loss, a strong and flexible body, glowing beautiful skin, stress relief, peaceful mind, improved immunity, good health – whatever you may be looking for, yoga has it on offer.
As promised, today I'm here to share a few of my favorite yoga poses, they are simple postures that surprisingly have great health and fitness benefits.

I highly recommend yoga for everyone, EVERYONE... Even babies :-)
