Let's talk about fashion trends that we'll see everywhere this year and that you should definitely incorporate into your style.

In 2023, fashion trends will be all about comfort and sustainability. Sustainable materials such as hemp, bamboo, and organic cotton will be more in demand than ever before, as fashion lovers become increasingly conscious of the need to reduce their environmental footprint.

Activewear will also be a major trend, with many people opting for comfortable clothing that they can wear both to the gym and around the house. Athleisure will be elevated to an entire lifestyle, with more designers creating stylish pieces that are designed for movement and breathability.

The trend toward minimalism will also continue to influence fashion decisions in 2023. Clean lines, muted colors, and sleek silhouettes will be popular for both men and women. Accessories such as statement jewelry and handbags will still be in style, but the focus will be on quality pieces with timeless designs.

Time sure flies. Another year has come to an end.

Today happens to be my birthday. I'm officially 23! Yay! (I'll tell you a secret kids, it's not the most exciting of ages! Haha!)

The end or beginning of a year is perfect for reflection, for making positive changes and most importantly for gratitude. As you look back on 2016, count your blessings, yes, I know it's difficult and if the year was rough on you, at this point you want to stop reading this, I know, because humans, it's like we're hardwired to be pessimists. I personally have to push myself real hard to focus more on the good times, the moments that made me feel all warm and fuzzy inside, moments that made me smile or even cracked me up.

We hold a lot of power in letting our memories and thoughts to either build us or destroy us, remember that. Remember that we choose our joys and sorrows long before they happen to us.

As the title of the post betrays, I'm here to talk about trends I'm totally and completely crazy about! Stuff I'll mostly be rocking until the fashion gods say they're out.
