I bought a portable blender a few months ago and since then I have become a huge fan of smoothies!
Today I want to share with you one of my go to smoothies, it's super easy to make, healthy and so delicious.
If you're looking for post-workout smoothie ideas or you want to incorporate more fruits and vegetables into your diet, this one is for you.
Ingredients
- One mango 🥭
- Half a medium size avocado 🥑
- 250ml of water (you can use milk if you prefer, personally I'm trying to take less dairy products)
- A handful of Spinach 🥬 (optional)
- Banana 🍌 (optional)
- Half an apple 🍎 (optional)
- A tablespoon of honey 🍯 (optional)
Directions
Slice the mango and avocado into small cubes, put it in your blender, pour 250ml of water/milk and blend till it's all smooth.

I didn't add any sweetener because there's honestly no reason to, the smoothie is very tasty on it's own, also, it's natural sugars, apart from making the smoothie yummy, boost's energy levels!!!
